What's Brewing?

After a 5 year vacation my fermenter is back to work. Forget the 91 batches I brewed in the past - this felt like the first time all over again!  My first batch was an attempt to recreate one of my earlier batches: #5 "Jingle Bell Bock". Batch #92 of "Jingle Bell Bock" was successfully bottled on December 6 and it should be ready for taste testing just in time for the
Christmas holidays.

Batch #93 is now in the fermenter and it's causing quite a "stir" in the fermenter. It's called "Nutcracker Brown Ale" and it was made using one of the Cooper extract kits.
